NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The City of Ludington will hold public hearings on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the Municipal Complex, 400 S. Harrison Street, Ludington. The purpose of the public hearings is to obtain citizens’ views on:

1) Special Land Use – 504 Resseguie – Addition of Attached Garage that exceeds 1200 sq. ft. of all   Accessory Buildings

2) Special Land Use – 1201 Kenowa – In-Home Group Childcare

3) Special Land Use – 109 N William – Enhancing Refrigeration Safety

4) Special Land Use  – 721 S Washington – Expansion of a Non-Conformance - Expansion of Campground
